We offer the foundry services using MBE and MOVCD reactors for the III-V epi-wafers on GaAs and InP substrates for many different optoelectronics devices, including diode lasers, DFB lasers, VCSEL, QWIPs, et al.

We has a wealth of experience in growing the material systems listed below. The reactors are also qualified for these material systems. The growth of 2" and 3" wafers is possible.
