| DFB Single-mode diode lasers |

Distributed-feedback (DFB) laser diodes show single-mode emission in a very narrow spectral band in the applications of tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLS) for the trace-gas detection as well as other applications such as Gas / Breath sensors, Atmospheric and environmental monitoring, combustion diagnostics, industrial-process monitoring and control, leak detection from natural-gas, near-IR gas analysis. |
| We offer the products the wavelengths in the range 760 nm to 2.8 µm and the static line-width of, typically, less than 5 MHz. The wavelength we offer is typically 760nm, 852nm, 894 nm, 935nm, 980 nm, 1742nm, 1877nm, 2004nm, 2330nm, 2740nm. The package is TO-5.6, TO-9, TO8, Fiber-coupled butterfly-14 pin, C-mount. |
